he guys I'm thinking of going from a 4 stroke(my 400ex) to a 250r(two stroke) and was wondering how easy it is to rebuild a two stroke compared to a 4 stroke.the reason why i say this is because my friend blew his top end in his 125 dirtbike and him and his dad took the piston and everything apart in like 25 minutes, so it must be this easy with all two strokes right? Im saying this because im going to be racing next year or the year after that and know im gonna have to rebuild my bike i just don't want a bike that will be hard to rebuild so its not that big of a hassle.so my question is it harder to rebuild a 450 or 250r?thanks mike

2-stroke are alot cheaper and easier.

take the head off, take the jug off, take the piston off.

Put pistons back on, put jug on, put head on wayla DONE!!!
