Hiper ring to rim bolts

Well I need some bolts for my hipers and I went to get some today but i couldnt find anythat threaded in right and all the way down. I was looking at some 6mm I think they were and they will thread for a little bit and then stop.

Whats up? Do I need special bolts or actual bolts directly from hiper?

Help me out guys.

1/4" by 28 thread works. Get them 1" long. Any hardware store will have them. You will have to use a thin wall socket though.

Edit: i got 3 but im sure you can find some at lowes or home depot, probably even like an advaned auto or auto zone

your going to want something that won't rust like a stainless bolt..
