Does anyone have any advice or info on wether or not you are supposed to remove the stock seat cover or has anyone just put another seat cover over the stock one???

You remove the stock cover prior to installing your new seat cover. If you don't, it will not fit properly, it could slide around, and moisture can form between the 2 seat covers.
Here's a picture of mine. I tried to do mine at home but, it was a huge pain in the @$$. Eventually I had it done professionally for $30.00. I still have the stock cover in case I ever need it.

I bought my kit off Ebay for $67.00. I put the graphics on myself. I used a spray bottle of soapy water and tons of paitience. The soapy water I sprayed on the plastic allowed me to move the graphic around. I could even lift it back up if it wasn't looking quit right. It just took a lot of time to make sure the were all lined up and bubble free.
Had my graphics on my 400ex since July and I'm happy I did. They are very durable and make the quad look a lot better than stock stickers.

Do those stickers go right over the Tank plastics? I was just wondering how well they stick because of all those little indented holes.

The 2006 side panels do not have the dimples you speak of. It's completely smooth. All the decals stuck really well. It's been 6 months now, since I installed them, and not one of them has started to lift up.

DMP graphics makes an identical set of graphics for 1999 to 2004 400EXs. Check their website or search Ebay for a better deal.

It will help your cause is you post your item for sale in the "Parts for Sale" "Honda Parts Forum" It will get more views there.
Why are you selling them anyways?

That's a good price ($90.00) considering an auction for the same set is currently up to $100.00 on Ebay with two days to go and last 2 sets went for $95.00 and $133.00 on Ebay with in the past 30 days. I'm certain you'll find a buyer. Good luck!
I was lucky. There was less of a demand for 2005 and up versions of this set, so I got mine for $67.00 of Ebay.

Those from Invision look awesome but are pricey, very pricey. Some of those kits go for $300 with the seat cover. IMO for $300 they should outlast ME!

its pretty stupid people are bidding up to $133 because if you go to dmp's website you can buy the kit for $108.00
