Kill Switch Question

Need some input on a tethered kill switch for a 400ex. I want something that is not a piece of crap and is easy to install. What is everyone out there running?

i have a tusk tether kill switch that i got from rockymountainatv.com and it works great it was only 13 bucks and i had it on in under 20 mini just striped the wires for the kill switch and soldered the two wires on and it was ready to go

I'm running pro armor kill switch and its pretty good.

I have a Pro Design on mine. It was simple to install. Just grounded one wire to a coil bolt at the frame and tapped the other wire into the black wire with the yellow stripe near the CDI.

I have a pro design and have had some problems with dirt getting into it and not working correctly. Also when you wreck and are tired it can be difficult to get the tehter back in.

I am switching to a pro armor.

I need to know what kind of kill switch i need to run on a 2002 400ex, my buddy has a z400 and they told him to run a mostly closed kill switch, do i do the same or a mostly open ?

i am not shur what your asking but you can get any universal tether kill switch and it will work
