i have been racing mideast for just one season,but i was wandering what would be the best jet kit for my 300,i havea stock carb full fmf exhaust twin air filter any help would be great thanks

umm

it really doesnt matter a jets a jet but i would go with a dyno jet or a k&n jet kit

anything better than nothing ;)

If you're not familiar with jetting the dynojet kits works well.

I'm assuming not, since you had to ask. ;)

If you were to jet yourself you could save about $20, but $20 may save you some headaches doing it yourself. ;)

No airbox lid you'll end up running a 128dj needle in 2nd slot, and 2.5 turns out.

If you were to buy your own jets.. ($5) you'll probably be using a 132 keihin main, needle in 2nd slot, 2.5 turns out. ;)

w/ airbox lid on (and unpunched) you're gonna be down to a 125 keihin most likley.

I run no lid and haven't had a problem. Just keep the filter properly oiled. You will have to clean it more though.

i ran a DJ jet kit all year. Followed the directions all the way until the main jet part. I ran a 128 with a high comp piston, K&N, and a lid and a full pipe. Ran perfect.

I think rocky mountain atv/mc sells a jetting chart. you might want to check that out also. It could be motosport.com also, can't remember off hand

my buddy has one and its easy to install and its a 8% horsepower increse!!!! WELL THATS WUT THE BOW SAYS i think when u put an exhaust and jet's on at the same time it works alot better!!!
