I want to buy new PEP shocks but need to decide between ARC and NAR

I'm wondering if you adjust the rebound often on the ARC?

Because on my YFZ the rebound on ARC were perfect from the start and I almost never touch the adjustment..

I'm a A level racer

What is your opinion and level (only from PEP owner)
