Damn! It so annoying on my 03 400ex. I cant even pinpoint where its at. I know it must be between the bolts that connect the shocks and aarms. What can I do? I pressure washed it and sprayed in WD40, but nothing. I was thinking about taking all the bolts out and putting some white-lithium grease on them. Suggestions?

You need to take the bolts out of the a - arms and pull the a arms off and grease the insides. Not just sprat in WD.

Pull all bolts out and put some marine grease on them. Also grease up your steering stem bushing.

I had a sqeak up front. I thought it was the a-arms, ended up being the shock bolt. Loosened it a little and it went away.
