blowin my fuse

need help i have a 2001400ex and it keeps blowin the fuse everytime i turn on the key

sounds to me like a short. check for any open wires. i had the same problem ended up i had a open wire.

check for a worn wire making contact, sometimes its up front near the stem area, can be almost anywhere though

There is a long metal tab thing underneath the key swtich. Make sure that isn't bent into your other wires and rubbing on them.
