strobe headlights????

We have a Chevy Silverado 1500 and we saw a truck that had strobe lights for the headlights like cop cars do. I was wondering if you guys know where to look for these or maybe you know what I am talking about.

I will see if I can get a vid of my truck with the strobes going. It is hard to get a pic since they flash fast and ussually its too brite for a camcorder and it looks fuzzy.
