FMF has a line that are fairly quiet with a quite insert which is just a spark arrestor. I haven't ever used HMF but i would imagine most of the pipes will do almost the same.

I have the rossier ran it open pretty loud, getting the quiet kit for it hopefully sometime this week, i'll let you know how that goes. They claim it will bring it down to 96 db

LRD makes a good Low end pipe, and you can purchase the quiet core baffles to tame it down a little. I run 1 baffle occasionally when I am not racing; so I don't drive the Neighbors crazy, and it still performs well.

I run the DMC Pro-Quiet. It's not too loud. I think it's around 96 db.
