front tire size?

im lookin to buy some front tires an im goin with razar 2 fronts an kenda klax rears but im wondering what size to get on the front 21 or 22 i m gettin 20's in the rear an was wonderin if it would make that big of a difference with the fronts on what size i got with i ride mostly trails an am looking to get into racing real soon any help would be appreciated

I run Carlile 489 's in the front & there the best steering tire Ive had on my ex for woods mud & even snow ,basicly anything , I run 23,s in the front but thats only to balance out the 22,s out back Ide run stock size tires if I could but every inch of clearance out here helps a lot

well ill take a look at those tires an check into them im looking to get into racing is why i didnt go with anything bigger than 20's in the rear which i kno there not that great for racing but i was wondering if the 1' in the front will make that big of a difference handling wise

What r u going to race? MX you want 18s in the rear.

For trails and XC I would go with rears at 20's and 21 fronts

i already have a set of 18's for mx racing and i bought a set of 20's for trail riding an was wonderin a good front size to get that would work well with the 20's an 18's on trail an track so i dont have to buy 2 seperate sets of front 2
