Any one found a fix for the front fender ear that pops out?

I know Lonestar Racing makes one, but has anyone use it?

Ive seen a couple people just drill a hole and ziptie it to the frame. Theres gotta be a better fix though.

I have just what you need! JB Racing makes a bracket, gas tank support, that has the holes on the side to screw in those flaps, I love it, best investment I ever made.

A little pricey at 89 bucks, but serves a dual purpose.

well if it was me (keep in mind i havent looked at it on my R to size it up or anything) but id consider drilling a hole there and popping some of those little black clip things in there.
just a thought

get the jb racing support. it ROCKS and it takes away that crappy peice of plastic on top of your motor. and you screw in the plastics rather then just push them into the holes like stock. it is def worth the money.

A free fix: bend your rear fender support bracket (the one near your heel) towards the front of the quad. has worked on mine for 2 seasons

I end up having to bend that bracket every race anyway. i lean back on it with my legs off the back of the peg and bend it constantly.

I just put a racket strap and hook it into one side of the frame, drape it over the gas tank and hook the other end on the other side.

Tighten it down til the frame starts to bend up and your set.. Nothings gonne move now!!!!

:D

On a serious note: Just drill a hole and put a black machine screw throught it with a washer on each side.. <~~ Thats what i have done..
