Bent my sub frame what to do

i need a new sub frame and i was wondering should i just get a stock on or get a after market one

how did you bend it if you dont mind me asking and aftermarket sub frames are really expensive.... something like 3 times the price of a stocker.

i was goining over a jump that i have hit about a million times and i guess what happend is the quad kicked sideways i lost control and the biked flipped about 4 -5 times i messed up my ribs and shoulder
