bore kit for my ex

i want to get a bore kit for my ex. so what i want to know is what size bore kit should i get and how much is the normal cost to have one installed

Hey i put a 416 kit in my 400 and a stage one hot cam and it really opened her up, i got my kit from gloden west cycle and it coast me some were about 520 but thats with me doin all the work except the bore. i can stay with a stock yfz 450.
