The quad idles fine but when 1/4 to 1/2 or a little more throttle the quad is flat, and just runs rough kind of a hesitation or as if the bike was flooded and you were clearing it out. I check the piolit jet, the fuel screw, and the needle, and there all at stock settings. I'm close to sea level. When i open it up and really get on it it runs great with no problems. Any thoughts?
