I decided to do the same... Yet I did it on a Artic Cat because my quad is in pieces. The 4x4 couldn't make it through 15 inches of snow, so I did more shuffling than riding.:(

I had a snow day on Thursday and Friday. I am hoping for one tommrow, which is very possible because of the streets not being even cleared all the way yet.

the snow was fun, if you didnt hit a drift! lol just put my ducks unlimited hand warmers on, man are they nice! 30 bucks on ebay, worth every penny! had to use the kaw. prairie(brand new) to pull the sled tho....those razr 2's just cant cut it in 10 inch snow.had to get a couple rides in tho, before she goes in for the 416 rebuild! hmmm ... maybe a snowscramble?????

i got a question?

last winter when it snowed here it faired from 5 inches to 3 feet, idk if it wa sthe type of snow but i wouldn't plain on top of it i would just sink right to the botttem and act like a plow

this is with the yfz, the rancher is a beast!!! i have had that thign in 3 1/2 feet of snow and it'll just keep goin. i just cant click out of second or it runs out of juice

I am in Northeast Illinois about 5 minutes from the wisconsin border.

I sink all the way to the bottom too. The razr's on the 250 aren't as good at all as the klaws on the 400. But if I keep the momemtum going I do pretty well.

A few years ago when I had my 90 that thing would just float on the snow. I wouldn't sink in at all, that was nice:p

For Christmas I am getting handguards again, my old mooses broke but they sure did block the wind well.

Awesome pictures , snow riding is fun !!!!

The only thing I noticed , that sure doesn't look like no 11-12 inches of snow ..... I'd give it 5-6 inches MAX .

hes out in the fields behind our house and it gets pretty windy out there so the snow likes to blow around and not pile up very deep. heres another picture of our back yard.

I just got done playing around in the snow myself . We only have a few inches and maybe 3 inches on the driveway , but I figured it would be a good time to try out the plow on the Grizzly . Man I should have gotten this YEARS ago . It's gunna help when we get 2 feet at a time !!!!

Anyone know if they make helmets for dogs?? He loves to ride on the Grizz.

I could have just used the shovel to scrape the little bit of snow , but the Grizzly and the plow is so much funner . Another excuse to start the old girl up .

i was watching the baja 500 coverage this weekend and saw a guy with a dog on a bike. he had a normal helmet and just cut out the front nose peice so the snout could be there.
