wheres the idle screw on the carb? i cant find it

thats what i thought. but mines messed up, and the whole cable moves when you try to screw it in or out, have to fix that

are you talkin about the black rubber sheath on the ouside of the cable? mine moves too. there is nothing wrong w/ that, Its supposed to.
