can this be fixed

I have this cylinder is it possible to be fixed the water neck is broken. Can you tap and thread a brass elbow. Or should I just junk it? It is also on its last bore.

It can be welded back on. You just have to find a good welder.

well you can find a stock cylinder on ebay for about 20-30 bux... id say trash it....
