how to jet a 400ex with 450rcarb

hello guys, I have the rcarb on my 400ex, i've got:

Open air box
hotcams stage 1
wiseco performance piston with stock bore
now i got the 450r carb on it with 170 main jet

Before i had 155 main with oem carb with closed air box

what would be the best jetting for it
