I am almost done with the tearing down stage but how do I get out the swingarm pivot bolt? I took the nut off the end and I tried pounding on it but is it threaded in the middle or should I just get a bigger hammer?

seized...pound it out and replace with a new one..pm pappy he may have an alternative, but he knows all about this subject!

by following those directions you'll be able to get it out without damaging the threads.
