Handle Bar weights removal

Hello all, I am installing a set of powermadd handguards and I am having trouble installing the wrap arounds. How do you get the bar ends and the weights out of the handlebars? is there any secret to it?

Heres what i did pry the handle bar end out(with a small screw driver and work up to a really big one) as far as possible there will be a slight gap where you can spray some liquid wrench. Do that,then take a hammer and cram that sucker back in there the screw should come out fairly easily. They are a really big pain in the *****. The weights/mechanism for them i dont know how to get out reply and tell me.

are you going to reinstall them? The weights are there to dampen vibration so your hands don't have to.
