what to do when changing tires?

i just got a hole in my tire and its near the sidewall. so im going to upgrade to itp gncc fronts. i can change to tires at school. we have the machine to do it but i was wondering i dont have to balence the whees and is there a glue that holds the rim and tire together

You don't have to balance them or put any glue on them. Just put the tire on wheel.

I have a question. What kind of tire did you get the hole in?

stock 400ex fronts about a .5 inch from the sidewall

ok, never mind. Because if you would have had holeshots or whatever, sometime you can complain and get a new one.
