Frame repairs

I have an extra frame, that I would like to clean up and PC, but the sub frame is slightly bent down...right where you mount your flag. Can I take it somewhere to get it back in shape if not too bad? Does anyone know of a shop in St. Louis that can go over the whole thing?

If it is on the grab bar part I think you can bend it back with out any problem. But there are alot of places near the st.louis area that dose pcing. Just got to look around.
