engine problem

ok so i just got done replacing my piston and just like a week after fixing that my oil seal on the crankcase that seals the sprockets shaft "broke" got torn apart a little..... and its now leaking oil.... aside from the fact that my clutch needs to replaced too....... if i take the engine back apart again will i need to put new piston rings back on or hone the cylinder again?
