How much to Take Out?

Today i am grindin the welds on my header. I already took it off adn it in my shop ready to be grinded. I have found that there is abotu and 1/8 of and inch all the way around the inside of my header in both pipes.


I was very suprised how much was there and how much flow that could restrict.

So about how much should i grind out.?

Should i make it flat even with teh rest of the pipe or leave a lil in there.?

grind it so it is flush with the rest of the pipe

i would grind it and rub ur finger across it until it is flush, because after it is flush wit the rest of the pipe there is no since in goin farther unless u bore out ur whole pipe haha. but jus flush and smooth.
