Since my quad has been going to ADM sport to oversize the cylinder for a new wiseco 11.1 406cc with an hot cam stage 2. my quad never been correctly jetted im now trying with a 250 plz ppl help me i dont want to see the winter but without quad to get all winter plesure i just take off the sparks advanced key all i got its my piston with hotcam stg 2 yfz450 carburator and a full pipe.
With my modification can i run my quad with stock carb ?
If my cam has been broken with a wrong methode can it cause my big problem of jetting ?

take the advance key out, and what exactly is it doing to let you know your jetting is off?, dies when u hit the throttle, or backfires or what?

the advanced key is out. he run well but not enough rich im almost making wellie in 5e speed.

could my cam be 1 teeth in advance ?

make sure, your air boot and everything in that area is secure, you may be sucking more air in because of a loose air boot or carb-to head boot or something make sure all of those are sealiong, while the motor is idling i like to spray carb spray over all of the air connections, to make sure they are sealing correctly

everything is sealed completely
can it be my cam the problem or my engine just cant take all is fuel properly ?

For your info my friend has a ltz400 with a je piston 13.1 compression stock bore with hot cam a full yoshimura pipe and a cdi his bike is jetted correctly and with my (406ex 11.1 compression,yfz carb, full yoshimura and a hot cam stg 2) im in front of him easyly

do u have the accelerator pump wired right on the carb?

sorry but i dont understand what u mean by (wired right on the carb ?)
