Jeep Wrangler.. best all around vehicle for my lifestyle IMHO.
Great offroad capability.
Will pull 4 quads on a trailer w/ gear no problem. I don't plan on hauling a 5th wheel so I dont need a 1-Ton.
Convertable
Hard Top
Great turn radius
Low maintenance and cheap when you have to.
(gas mileage sucks)
TONS of aftermarket.
Sits 4 (uncomfortably) ;).
A blast to put around in in the dunes.
Handles GREAT on the road, despite popular beleif (people think they still handle like CJ's). A lot less top-heavy than a SUV.
And, they are just plain fun.

My truck can haul 6 pretty comfortably. But seriously the ole lady has an Explorer - Which I have to say is better than the minivan she had.

And I might be looking for a jeep for another toy.

I like my 2 door tahoe. I got it because i was thinking about an SUV or pickup. and since so many people around here gots chevy 1500s i wanted something differant. I'll be lucky if i see another 2 door tahoe 1 once a week. As for pulling, I pulled a heavy duty car trailer with 4 quads and a dirt bike. Seem to pull fine, although it might have been a little much.

jeep wrangler all day... i can fit 5 highschool kids in it, and i havent had anyone complain yet... But ofcourse none of the rides have been more then 20 minutes.

its the ultimate offroading rig imo. Its probably got more aftermarket parts for it than anything else.

If you get one make sure you get the 4.0L with the manual tranny, the most fun vehicle to drive.

I think trucks are the most universal vehicle out there. Last winter I had a 77 F250 Highboy that blasted through the snow with no problem. This morning I had to drive to school in 6 inches of snow in my Mustang 5.0 5 speed. It has practically no weight in the back and a heavy V8 in the front so it spins like no other with performance tires.
