Ballpark jetting?

I was wondering about what jetting i will need when i fire up my new motor, i went from a k&n and exhuast, to a k&n, exhaust, 11:1 piston, stage 2 cam, and ported and polished. Just wondering about what jetting i will need so i am not running to lean right at first. Or even about how many sizes i need to changefrom what it is now. Temps are about 40 degrees.

Stock carb? do you run the lid on the air box?

165-170 main
42 pilot
fuel screw 2.5 turns out.

Sweet,.. fired it up and broke it in with the 170 main and it runs great,... how can i tell if the main is too lean though, i dont want to burn anything up. I think if it backfires with the throttle let off coasting it means the pilot needs bigger, which i had no problem with that, but i was just wondering how to tell if the main is too lean just for future references when it gets colder out. Thanks. I cant believe how much more power it has with my mods, it feels like i took 100 pounds off the weight of the bike.
