i bent my brake rotor and need one fast and cheap, please help

is it smooth where the pad goes, and is it wore any, u tell me a price

its in good condition, i mean for a stock 250r rotor it is. no bad grooves or big gouges. i will sell for $30 shipped let me know if thats ok?
