I am checking interest in my pride and joys motor. I am thinking of parting out my Lonestar 250r but I would like to see if I have any takers on the motor first. This motor is an absolute beast. It has been a great motor and I have never had any problems with it. CT claims that it is a 70hp motor and I can believe that. The great thing is that it is a rideable 70hp vs. something that hits so hard it throws you off of the back. The motor has about 35 hours on a new bottom end and NO hours on a new top end. I had about $3,500 in this motor until just recently when I sent it to CT and had them check it (due to winter tear down time) and make sure everything was ok and ready for a new piston. Everything checked out ok so they bored it .010 and sent me a new piston. Nedless to say $300 later it has a new topend. This motor was originally completly polished cases and all but this time I was going to have the side covers pc'd so I just had the cylinder re polished. Either way the side cases could be cleaned up really easily and fairly cheap. I am not sure what a fair market value of the motor is but I was thinking of soething around $,1500 but I am not sure. Shoot me some offers and let me know. Below is the info from CT's website and the motor would come with everything included in the kit below.

CT/Pro-X 350 Power Valve Complete Power Package....$2495.00

This is the best 250R kit money can buy. Extremely fast, reliable and has a very wide power curve. The only reason not to own this kit is the expense.

Kit includes: CT ported Pro-X cylinder kit, forged piston kit, gaskets, CT pipe and silencer, Keihin PWK 38 or 39 carburetor with cable, Delta V-Force reed cage, cases machined, crank rebuild, main bearing and seals, engine tear down and assembly.
Boreable cylinder five oversizes available.

I would rather get rid of it all at once, but that does not mean that I am not open to offers. Let me know. JR
