Can you get Tinners scoops for a 300ex? I know he used to make them, or are you just selling them for certian models?

no i am sure i can get them, lead time if he has to build them is about 2 weeks

Think you can find out if the scoops will fit with a header like this? I was looking at some pics of xcadam's 300, and his scopps run flush with that frame rail that my header wreaps around.

Id say it would be best for you to pm Tinner and ask him. he can tell ya whats up and get you hooked up without me in the middle for something like this. i just wouldnt want to screw up the message...lol
