I have a 450s 4x4 that won'tgo into neutral. It will shift up but not all the way down into neutral. My guess is it is just a shift fork, but I have never had a tranny like this apart before. Does anyone know how much of a pain it is to split the cases? I have a manual, but any added info that you can provide is needed. Also are the 400 and the 450 4x4 tranny's the same or are they different?
