how to adjust throttle cable???

im sure this has been covered many times but i did a search and came up w/ nothing. maybe i dont know how to use it :( i have heard that some 400's r really only at 75% throttle with the stock setting. does anybody have a link on how to do this??? please help.

hey thanks a lot!!! not a HUGE difference like i was hoping, but definetly better throttle response and front end pulls up much easier :D
