I just bought a 05 450r new from dealer and was told looney tune exhaust duals was the only way to go. Does anyone recommend an exhaust and is LTE the only ones that provide duals?

The only way to go?? They are wrong. Go with something else.
HMF, Sparks, White Bros Alum Pro... And alot of people seem to be really happy with the Dasa.
