Does anyone now why a honda certified mechanic says that a pro armor killswitch wiht teather will not work on my 05 trx450r

Depends on if it is a "normally open" or "normally closed".

I think the Hondas use "normally open".

If that is not why they told you it would not work, then they don't know jack.

I have a pro design and it works like it is supposed to!
