Did you get an owners manual? It tells you pretty much everything you need to know. I changed my oil at 10 hours, then every 20 there after. Clean and re-oil the air filter every oil change. Clean and Lube the chain every ride. Once or twice a year tear down and grease the suspension points A-arms swing arms shockes. Get the valves adjusted after break in. I recomend getting a service manual. If you look around on line you can find a place to download a free one. Keep it clean helps on maintanence, dirt and mud wears down parts fast.

If you never did anything like that before I recomend taking it in for its first service to the dealer. They will check the valves adjustment for you. If you are pretty mechanicaly inclined then you can do it yourself but you need a service manual for the instructions.

I'm looking for a 2003 Suzuki z400 service manual as well. I could also use a 2006 Suzuki ltr450 service manual and a 2003 polaris predator 500 service manual as well.

I've got a 2001.5 Dodge Ram 2500 service manual if ya need it.

Please post or PM me if you know where I can find any of the above.

Thanks!

I'm new to this forum. Is there anyway I can get a copy of 2005 Z400 service manual? I've adjusted the valves on my Honda's but would like to read the S.M. for Suzuki before making any adjustments. Thank you in advance!!
