Different fender trimming ?

Has anyone tried just trimming the front of the fender off instead of the whole fender? I would like to trim mine to improve the view of the front wheel travel but try to keep rear of the fender to keep the mud from covering me.

im kinda in the same boat. i want to trime some but not a full race trim. it seem the only way to make it look good is to go all out and trim on the ridge about 4 inches from the inside.:(

Go ahead and whack 'em off !! You won't regret it ! If you ask me, the fenders don't do that great of a job to start with ! If you're scared to get a little mud on ya, buy a car !! JK ! :D
