well i bought a new toy today! 2006 cbr600RR orange and black tribal... its got 2100 miles and is bone stock... i got a steal on it at 6500$!!!!

My *** you will :D You'll be at 150 before you realize you're going that fast. I was out on my buddies older ZX-11 and was in his residential neighborhood. I came away from a stop sign and rolled onto the throttle and banged through a couple gears with my head tucked as far under the wind screen that I could get it. When I sat up the needle on the speedo was sweeping down past 110 so I'm not sure how fast I was going in that short stretch (maybe 1/2 mile).

sick bike man, just be smart on it and know your limits and you should be fine.have you taken a motorcycle safety class like the MSF course? i hear they are extremly helpful, just something to think about. the RR is my favorite sportbike out there right now, would love to have one but i think im going to start out on a dual sport bike first.

i just ordered a yoshi pipe, integrated tail lights, and flush mounted signals for it..


trust me guy i know their fast... i was on my buddies f4i which is slower then this thing and at 14,000 RPM shifting from 1st to 2nd i was at like 65... shifting into 3rd i was somewhere around 120... when i hit 5th i looked down and saw 149 and rolled off... i had 1 1/2 gears left haha


i didn't buy it thou to go flyin around everywhere and stunting... i bought it to go cruise around college with buddies pickin up girls and goin to car shows and bike cruise ins... i gurantee i won't do wheelies on them bc its just to easy to wreck it... i needed a break from dirt i been doin it since 1994!

I know you already ordered a Yosh pipe for it , but a nice Vance and Hines would have looked and sounded super sweet on it , even an Akropovic .

Nice looking bike none the less . Be safe on it , I have way too many buddies that have ended up in hospital getting casts , stitches and knees rebuilt from wrecks .

i hear you on that man, thats the same reason why i want a bike. i just think it would be so much fun to just get a group of buddies and go for a nice ride out to a bike show or cruise the back roads. i know a guy with an 04 600rr with the yosh rs-5 and its insane.

for awhile... i have a good job makin decent money in the summer time so this summer i'll start saving to build my walsh i've always wanted... then when i graduate college i'll be makin a ton of money... it'll take me a year or 2 to build it but thats the plan... build it exactly how i want!

That bikes sick man. I rode on the back of a CBR 600 and fell in love with it. I want a bike now.

My boss has a GSXR 600 he said he will let me take it for a ride my 17th b-day. Really makes me count down the days.. :D

:devil: is all i can say... its by far the nicest thing i've rode yet... its def the most uncomfortable thing thats for sure... after riding it i def like it alot more then the dirt right now... its more fun and practical i think... i haven't got much time on it... i can't wait till april or may when i can ride it every night...


i'm not sure if my parts are in for it or not yet... i haven't been home with college to see:(
