Sounds like your gonna have a nice ride. I just got finished doing the same thing. Your probably going to run in to some times where you get stuck. The best thing I found to do is just sit back for a while or leave it over night and you'll figure it out.
I would definately get a different color plastics. Blue on red just doesn't go together.

my dad got me some bolts today, so maybe later today we'll finish the motor, and bolt it up to the frame. aside from that, all i need is the rest of the linkage, swinger bearings, axle circlip thing, and some rear wheels, and it should be able to go ! then ill start worring about the plastic, and powdercoating stuff, but that stuff will come soon tho ! anyone have any plastic to trade for some red maier plastic, i can include seat cover and gas tank cover too. let me know. what do yall think so far?

Looking good. I don't suggest using the zip ties to hold on the rear shock reseroir though. Take my advise and use some GOOD hose clamps. If you dont the ressy will come off and get wedged between the swinger and the chain and do some real damage.

just a little trick 4 ya next time. i had an old harley mech. tell me about this one. it works. i used it several times. block the motor up horizontal on the floor. take the frame and slide it over the engine. u may have 2 adjust blocks to get the right height, but it works like a champ, with no damage to the new motor, pc, or paint. hope this helps someone.;)
