I just got my new nerfs in and they say remove oem a-frame bolts, but whats the a-frame im not 2 sure :-/

I'm pretty sure it's the front motor mount bolts. The bracket is a triangle and could pass as an "A", I guess...lol

im pretty sure you dont have to remover your a-arms to put nerfs on:eek2:

Actually if I remember right on my friends 400ex you had to take off the upper or rear a-arms bolts for some bracket on the nerfs.

Yes I had to do the same with my pro-armor nerfs, you just have to remove the bolt tho, not the whole arm?

if they are pro armor nerfs, take the stock bolts that hold the lower a-arms to the frame and replace it with the supplied longer bolt, the a-arms do not have to come off, just the bolts

no we just had to remove the arm bolt and nut thats where they mounted at

i didnt have to do anything of that sort at all to put my Pro Armor nerfs on??:huh :ermm:

I got a 400ex and mine bolted to the lower a-arm bolt.. It came with longer ones and slipped on it... I've also seen the ones where they bolt on to the motormounts, which is probably the kind you have.
