OK.....so I screwed up.
I have a TRX250r clutch cover that had a stripped out oil check plug plug. I filled the check hole threads with epoxy and was going to redrill the threads.
Well, I had several covers polished and forgot all about the machining that I still need to do on this cover first....and opps. It got polished anyways.
Here's the deal. If I drill and re-thread the cover, it will get scratched and have to be re-polished again. If you are savvy, and are smarter then the average bear, you dont need the check plug because you change your oil every couple of rides any ways, your motor dont leak and you cant count to 7/8 of a quart every time.
The cost to polish the cover was $75.00, and the cover it's self is worth ??? (something)....so Ill sell it as is for $100 shipped to the lower 48 states. You will need to replace the water pump mechanical seal and insert your water pump components as well.
I take paypal and can ship the next business day after funds are received.
