Can a 06 kfx with k&n and hmf slip on beat a 06 suzuki 450 stock quad racer? a friend has one and has been talking crap since he bought it. so can i beat him?

the stock ltr's are not all that. youll be surprised at how close you will be to him. once he cherry bombs it and maybe a pipe they are wicked, but not in the stock form. 50cc's is a little margin. its not like dragging with a 660. stock vs stock the honda 450r is faster though

Now what about at the sand dunes up hill? He's just been really running his mouth off. I told him he will probobly beat me, but not by much. sound right? or am I looking to get a beat down?

If you're going to beat that LTR doing any kind of racing you better head for the woods where the trees are 48" apart.:blah:

my very first local race, i raced in Open B class with my 05 z400 (only performance mods are: yosh exhaust, k&n filter, jet kit). i was the only 400 in the class racing against all 450's. also, i am only 14 years old and everyone else was 16 and older. overall out of the 2 motos, i placed 3rd out of 42 racers on my 400. about 25% of the quads were LTR's with very little or no mods. so, YES if you are a good rider/racer compared to him, then it IS possible! i have a trophy as proof!:D

Well he's a really good rider. So I guess I have my work cut out for me. What other mods can i make besides k&n hmf slip on can I make?
