depends on you budget, there are a ton of companies that make nice stuff. For a 250r I'd say
Pep or Axis shocks (I have been told before that wayne has the best set up for a 250r because of years of r&d back when pros were only racing R's)
Definetly long travel +3+1
+4 Dominator Axle
My two favorites are Laegers t-pin $$$$ and walsh arms
I've had both but, laegers ball joint style longtravel is nice also
Jb racing
Roll Design
JRD
Gibson
do a little research every one will have something different to say
Stick with what ever company in the front and rear
No links are nice also JRD makes one for a stock frame bike.
I still think the best of the best is Laeger tpin with cr500 rear but you'd need alot of fab or a whole new frame.

yea it really depends on your budget. personally i would go for a nice laegers t-pin front end, with all three axis shocks and a lsr axle
