How to Jet!!! Need help please

I have a 2006 kfx 400. I am going to put a K&N with outwear. and also I am adding a HMF slip on exhaust. Can anyone help with how to jet. I have no idea where to start. I live in arizona with elevation of around 4000 ft. Please Help!!

That should at least give you a start. The last time my Z actually ran:mad: , I had a 162 main jet in it with a Dr.D slip-on and no airbox lid with the clip for the needle moved down 1 notch.
