Yeah they are. We've got 3 work trucks with that combo, single cab's but long beds. We use one for towing a Auger jeep around with that we installed 4.10 gears in and it really goes when it's unloaded. Pull's nice to for a mid sized v8.

well around here (nj) they are very hard to find and they cost more than extended cabs. its also hard to find them with a v8...most of them i found have a 4.3 v6. i never see any on the road either. nice trucks for sure.

^ depends on what the truck is used for. if it is going to be a pavement pounder, a few inch drop and some nice wide wheels (no "dubs" for me) and tires looks really good. if it sees some off-road time, it would be pointless to put the big wheel/little tire combo on it. personally, mines lifted cause it gets used for work. if it was lowered i'd have some scraped up wheels and dented up rockers:D

my rule of thumb: 2X4 gets dropped, 4X4 gets lifted;)

and to the original poster, nice truck! (it's still a chevy though:devil: )

thinks guys, ya they are hard to find but i was looking at carmax before i found this one they had the same thing but z71. the z71 in the single cab is pretty rare. But i would drop her a lil but my driveway is straight uphill and no cars make it up it. paid 17, 30,000 miles.
