Clutch problem

Every time I hold down my clutch lever and give my YFZ gas my bike goes even with the clutch pulled in...
Does this mean I need a new clutch basket?

try adjusting the lever, i had a problem with burning my clutch, i replaced 3 sets of plates and then replaced the basket and hub, havent had a problem since

I had that problume. I think mine was cause a fin or 2or 3 or more bent and wouldnt let the plates slide over frealy when i would pull the lever in making the clutch unable to fully disengage.. I ended up breaking the basket from driving like that.

Does it go away, or get better, once the bike warms up?
