my neighbor is a real *******, im pretty sure if i ride when hes doing something and whats quite he'll call the cops. can they do anything if im on my property?

and one more question

If you're on your own property they can't do anything unless their is a noise ordinance in your area. Even there is a noise ordinance, a stock pipe should still be under the max decibles.

HMF- One of the best pipes out their and will work with pretty much any setup...

Is HMF loud? One of the loudest, so If your worried about your neighbor complaining, its safe to say he probably will with HMF.

well, alot of people around here have loud quads and the cops dont seem to really do anything about it, unless they're on the street. so i think if im on my property ill be fine.

and the hmf, can i buy the slipon and use that for awile and then buy the header later? or do i have to get it in one peice?

HMF slip ons will not fit HMF headers. You must get the full system;)

You're better off just buying the full system. Yes you can buy the slip on and then later on down the road send it back to HMF and have them covert it to a full, but for the price you might as well do it right the first time. It's going to be $220 for the slip on and a little over $200 for the conversion, the full exhaust might actually be a little cheaper. And yes, HMF is a great pipe!:macho

PS- Please excuse my big run on sentence lol.

Just a suggestion, but I run a CT racing full exhaust on mine. It might be of use to you because it comes with tunable discs that go on the end of the silencer (supertrapp style). You can not only tune for power this way, but you can really quiet the machine up by running very few discs. It is the next best thing to as quiet as stock.

I love it because if i'm going duning or trail riding in a place that has a DB level I can run the discs and get the added benefit of them acting as my spark arrester at the same time.

When it comes time to hit the MX track, I pull the discs off and bolt on the open race end cap.

Here's a pic of the system with the race end cap ( I don't need the discs often)

Yeah, thats how ordinances start. Soon you'll only be allowed to ride during the week from 12-2 or have to follow some rediculous rules they will come up
