Grinding welds in head pipe.

Does grinding the welds inside the head pipe really make a difference. I was thinking of doing it. If it doesn't make that much of a difference I'm not going to bother with it.

Do it! You will notice a difference. Mine revs much easier with that being done and most of Gabes pipe mods. If you have an extra headpipe like I do, you can really see a difference in diameter when you are done grinding.

wait you do it where the pipe goes in, or the actual pipe? what dou reccomend to do i with?

right where u have that big ugly glob of weld on the inside of your header, take a dremmel tool and real real fine sand paper, and get to it. Anything that helps with the flow through the exhaust will make a differance in power!
