the bike is still whole. this is just to get a idea of how things will sell as of right now. If things continue to be wanted like they are then it will be parted out. no you wouldnt be able to get the bolt on. they a +3 no wider.k&N is 5 years old its not in great shape but is ok. has outerwear.
