how loud is .99 decibals

how loud is .99 decibals? for my indoor series your bike cant be louder than .99 but i have no idea how loud that is... i'm running a sparks x-6 on my four hundy if that helps any..

I really doubt the SParks is at 99 db. If I remember correctly it is around 106 dbs which is alot louder that 99db. There aren't alot of pipes out there that will keep you under 99db.
